Clinical Interactions Self-Assessment

This self-assessment evaluates how well you can interpret key details within a spoken clinical interaction or lecture. Each clinical interaction (two total) and each lecture (two total) lasts three minutes or less, and each one is followed by five questions. You may take notes as you listen, but you may not replay the audio clip. You will not be expected to remember complex information or to demonstrate expertise in health science, so it is recommended to only capture important details if needed.

These questions evaluate your ability to do the following:

• Identify the primary purpose of a clinical interaction or lecture.
• Connect key details from a clinical interaction or lecture.
• Ascertain speaker purpose for a specific statement within context.
• Infer information based on provided details.

Make sure to answer all questions to evaluate your clinical interaction interpretation skills.
